Firstly, add the discord bot to your server by using the invite button and selecting your server.
Next, use the "/setchannel" command. This channel that you designate will be where alerts are posted about individuals in your discord matching against our database.
And lastly, use the "/admin-create-ticket-message" command. You'll want to have a channel already made and permissioned where folks can open a support ticket to report a scam in your community, that is the channel you will set in the command. The category is where private tickets will be created. These tickets are mirrored to, and handled by, ScamTrack App staff.
Now that you've done those steps, there is nothing left to do but to sit back and smile knowing your community and it's members are now more safe!

Staff review appeals, and cases will be modified, updated, or removed, based on staff review and discretion.
If you have case(s) that have yet to be resolved and require assistance in resolving them, you may open a ticket and we will assist you and your case(s) will be updated upon confirmation of resolution.
